I gave a ride
to Sean today, and at first I had the mentality of anyone else going out of their way to drive some person they barely know. But as I kept going, it felt weirdly great to be giving a ride to someone without a ride. After having to nervously ask for rides home for about five years, it was almost like it came full circle. I was returning the favor for having to hitch along with the unlucky last...

When did
Church all of a sudden become totally about money… The sermon today was all about people donating their goods and services to the church…I can recall several sermons about things that the church is getting: new buildings, statues.. etc… but it never really seems to go with the reading … not about helping other people and spreading love but more about making the church...
